Terms and Conditions
First of all, thank you for showing interest in commissioning me!  The best way to contact me is to email me at taaslapraeda@gmail.com.  I do not discuss business over IM, so please keep inquiries on the commission to email.

You As the Commissioner

1. May upload work done for you anywhere with due credit to me and a link back to my gallery.
 a. This right make be temporarily revoked if my Terms of Service have been violated by editing my work without my permission. The commissioner may reupload an unedited version at will.

2. May cancel your commission at any time. You will be issued a refund for work not done.

3. May not commission adult and/or gore art of an existing original character without the owner's conset.

4. May not edit my work without my permission. This excludes cropping images for icons, banners or use on your website. You may absolutely not pay another person to color non-colored work. Animation is permitted only if the commissioner contacts me prior.

As the Artist

1. I retain all rights to my work. I will post to my gallery for self promotion.
  a. If a commissioner wishes for a commission to remain "private" I will charge a $5 privacy fee or %10 of the commission cost, whichever is higher. Privacy fees will be waived if an image is only "temporarily private" (for a birthday, for example) or if I am able to recolor the characters to no longer be the commissioner's.

2. I reserve the right to cancel at any time.
  a. You will be issued a full refund and any sketches will be used as a "pre-pose" commission if applicable.
  b. I only cancel if a commissioner is being rude, beyond reasonable, or if I have an extreme life emergency.

Payment

1. Payment is due in full upfront for any orders equal to or below $60.

2. For all orders above $60, I accept payment plans. Half may be paid before the first sketch, and the second half before inking is to begin. I do not produce any work before payment has been sent.

3. At least partial payment must be sent within 72 hours of your commission being accepted. Failure to do so will have your commission dropped. Commission quotes are only valid for 72 hours. If you require more time, please talk to me! I can be flexible.

Edits and Changes

1. I do not show sketches for approval on Icons, Close-ups and Sketches.
  a. Icons and Close-ups may have a sketch for approval upon request. A client may only request one edit for these items.

2. I will only do minor color tweaks on Sketches, Icons and Close-ups once they are completed. Any further changes will cost $3.

3. Larger commissions will have a sketch approval stage. I will not begin inking unless the sketch is approved.
  a. The commissioner only gets a total of three edits, so please consider any edits very carefully.
  b. Any edits beyond 3 or beyond the sketch phase will cost $3 per item that must be edited.

4. Once an image is complete, I charge $20 minimum to recolor an entire image. The cost will be determined on the difference between inks and colors.
  a. I will always fix any color errors of your character at any time at no cost! Please, please let me know if I have made any mistakes. I will also happily show "flats" upon request.
b. Anything that can be considered "my mistake" in colors will always be fixed for free. Example- Commissioner requested a night scene, and I drew a day scene. I will happily fix that at no charge.

Streaming

1. Streaming of commissions will be done at my convenience. I am not guaranteed to stream every commission. I will happily not stream a commission if you wish for me not to.

2. Streamed commissions still follow my Edits and Changes clause. Please do not request edits until I have reached a final sketch. Requesting changes to lines and colors while working will incur edit fees.

3. I will pause and send you a sketch for approval.

4. Both customers and viewers are expected to act civily in my streams.

5. Both customers and viewers are expected not to ask for free art unless I offer.

What I will draw:

1. G rated to Adult

2. Children aka "cubs" in clean situations.

3. Diapers must be clean and not soiled.

4. Gore and all vore types.

What I will not draw:

1. I will absolutely not draw children aka "cubs" in sexual situations.

2. Bestiality (humans on animals)

3. Scat/ Watersports

4. Complex machinery

5. Non-consentual incest.

Pricing (Some samples may contain tasteful nudity, "close-up" samples are nc-17)
